Hire ours, use yours, or take a feed from the venue's. Cinema bodies, PTZ robotics, or a mix of all three.
We can run the broadcast mix ourselves, or receive a mixed feed from your AV team or the house and take it from there.
We can cut the highlights, speaker sessions, and social clips, or hand off the masters and ISOs for your team to edit.

Every show is scoped to the room. Fewer cameras for an intimate benefit, a full broadcast package for a multi-day conference. The standard doesn't move, the shape does.
Smaller single-camera shows start around $4k. Under that we're not the right call, and we'll point you to someone who is.

The technical questions
What people actually want to know once they've read the spec sheets.
01We already have an AV team, or our venue has its own cameras.
Then we work with what's there. We're happy to use our cameras, your cameras, or the venue's, and we can take a mixed feed from your AV team rather than duplicating their audio. Most productions are some mix of ours and yours; you're not obligated to take the whole package.
02What happens if the venue's internet fails?
We plan for it. Shows run on redundant encoders with a backup connection path, and multi-destination delivery fails over automatically. Venue internet is the single most common point of failure at live events, so we never rely on it alone.
03Do we get the raw footage, or just the stream?
Both. You get archival masters and the individual camera ISOs delivered to your asset library, so your team can cut from them later. If you'd rather not, we can handle editorial and deliver highlight reels, speaker cut-downs, and social clips instead.
04Can the stream be private, gated, or ticketed?
Yes. We deliver embed-ready private players for ticketed and gated streams, on your own site or a custom one, as well as to the public platforms. Plenty of shows run both a public feed and a private one at the same time.
05Can you deliver vertical video for social?
Yes, and simultaneously with the horizontal program rather than as an afterthought. We can also cut vertical reframes for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok in post, plus real-time social clips during the event itself.
06How far in advance do we need to book?
Two weeks is workable for a straightforward single-room show: first call at T–14, planning by T–10, and rehearsal the day before. Multi-day conferences and anything needing a site visit want more. If your date is sooner than that, ask anyway; it depends what else is on the calendar.
